Alain
Alain is a thief. He’s not necessarily that good at it but it pays the bills and provides excellent opportunities for lamp collecting, so that’s OK. He lives in an abandoned commercial space over Clockbridge Market with a coop full of pigeons.

Mikhail
Mikhail deals in shady merchandise of your classier sort. He’s been doing it for years and it’s starting to wear a bit thin.

Octo
Octo is a fence and Alain’s occasional employer. He got his nickname the hard way. He will tell you all about it. As a rule of thumb, not a nice man.

Andrea
Andrea runs Clockbridge Electronics (New and Used) just around the corner from Alain’s place. She is Alain’s closest friend and has been known to purchase fresh stock from Octo.
William and Emily
William and Emily do odd jobs around the city. Some odder than others. Emily has a sense of humor about it. William does not.
